Dear Parent(s)/Guardians(s):

It’s time for screenings again!
I will begin vision and hearing screenings Tuesday April 7th. Only grades K, 1, 3, 6 & 8 will be screened as part of the mandated School Health Services. For all other grades (2, 4, 5 & 7) will ONLY screen students who are showing signs and symptoms of visual or hearing problems. Any questions feel free to contact me at (856) 225-0511 at x307.

The screening days are listed below:

Vision & Hearing Screenings
April 7th & 8th	8th Grade	8:15AM to 12:30PM
April 9th & 21st	6th Grade	8:15AM to 12:30PM
April 22nd & 23rd	3rd Grade	8:15AM to 12:30PM
**April 28th & 29th	1st Grade	11:30AM to 2:45 PM
**April 30th & May 1st	Kindergarten	11:30AM to 2:45 PM
**May 5th & 6th	*2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th	11:30AM to 2:45 PM
**May 8th, 12th & 13th	Make-up	11:30AM to 2:45 PM
