Much of the mission of D.U.E. SEASON CHARTER SCHOOL is based on the development of a good character in the students serviced. D.U.E. Season will provide a supportive learning environment in which students will learn to love, value, and respect themselves and others. Students will participate in daily affirmations, a daily pledge, and school-wide character focus. Students will learn to appreciate themselves and each other, develop a repertoire of behavioral options that promote the development of a good moral code, and develop an honorable character and self-efficacy. Students will learn to live acceptance of the differences in others and learn ways that they can positively impact the school and the community in` which they live. We promote the development of good character because we know that it will filter into everyday decisions that exist within the learning environment in developing a good work ethic among the student body and extend into the community at large.

In the continuing effort to build character, DUE Season has incorpoated the Royal Ranger model as an afterchool activity. is an exciting program for boys in grades K through 8th. Boys in The Royal Rangers participate in great fun and excitement through a challenging and fun advancement system. This will allow boys to develop their interests and needs as well as mold their character. Weekly experiences and activities are enhanced through a specific advancement system which is designed to give the boys a sense of achievement and purpose.
